Terms and Conditions of GRUTTA
- Introduction These terms and conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the use of the Grutta platform (hereinafter, "Platform"). By using the Platform, users (hereinafter, "USERS") agree to comply with these Terms.
- Use of the Platform By accessing and using the Platform, USERS agree that they have read and understood these Terms. If they do not agree with any of the terms, they should not use the Platform. Grutta reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
- Product Responsibility Designers (hereinafter, "DESIGNERS") are responsible for the quality, authenticity, and legality of the products they sell through the Platform. Grutta is not liable for any damages arising from the purchase of products on the Platform. Grutta makes every effort to ensure that the information provided by DESIGNERS is accurate and truthful.
- Prices and Taxes Product prices include VAT or applicable sales taxes based on the DESIGNER's jurisdiction. If a buyer purchases a product from a DESIGNER in a different jurisdiction, customs duties and fees may be required upon receipt of the item. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and will be displayed in the cart and at the time of purchase.
- Purchase To make a purchase, the USER must have legal capacity to enter into contracts and provide a valid delivery address. Upon making a purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the USER, and payment will be processed immediately after clicking "buy." Grutta reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund without prior notice if it is not possible to deliver the order as described.
- Delivery Grutta will handle the shipping of products through external providers. The USER must ensure that the delivery address is correct and that delivery is possible during business hours. Additional costs for failed delivery attempts will be covered by the USER. Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as force majeure, strikes, and postal delays.
- Products Damaged During Shipping It is the USER's responsibility to inspect the condition of the product upon receipt. If the product is damaged, the USER must contact Grutta within three days of receipt, providing details and photos of the damage. Products are insured during shipping, and return and repair costs will be covered depending on the cause of the damage.
- Returns Returns are handled according to the legislation of the DESIGNER's jurisdiction. The USER must notify Grutta of any returns within three days of delivery and return the product before the return period expires. Shipping costs and any additional charges are the USER's responsibility. Returns of custom-made or personalized items are not accepted.
- Special Promotions Grutta may offer promotions, discounts, and free shipping on certain items. These promotions are subject to availability and may have specific start and end dates. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Items purchased under promotions are subject to Grutta's standard return and exchange policy.
- Content The distribution of malicious software, including viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material through the Platform is not permitted. Grutta, DESIGNERS, and other users are not responsible for damages arising from the use of the Platform. USERS may register for a free account and must provide truthful information. Grutta reserves the right to cancel accounts or remove content that violates our policies.
- Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to Grutta and the Platform belong to Grutta. Reproducing, duplicating, or copying material published on the Platform without permission is not allowed. Redistribution of content is permitted as long as Grutta is mentioned with a hyperlink or URL. Grutta is not responsible for content on third-party websites.
- Applicable Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any disputes arising from these Terms, the parties shall submit to the courts of the city of Madrid.
