Cuc Lineal
Cuc Lineal is a lighting system for long dining tables and bars, conceived for custom arrangements for hospitality and domestic environments. The lampshades are the result of a low-resolution 3D printing process with bioplastic filament, which generates a warm and textured light.

Cuc was originally designed for a restoration project of a countryside house where the silkworm was farmed on its top floor. This insect also generates a cocoon through a continuous thread of silk, reminiscent of 3D printing technologies. The lampshades are printed in vase mode, ensuring one long thread of bioplastic filament is shaped for optimum resistance.
